The Austrian consulting and software company BC Consulting GmbH is expanding its management team, taking a further strategic step towards strengthening its market position in the areas of resilience, crisis and business continuity management.
With the expansion of the management team, the company is responding to the increasing demands of organizations to build up and sustainably strengthen their resilience to crises, risks and unexpected events.
BC Consulting is one of the leading providers of resilience management in Europe and combines strategic consulting with the specially developed software platform bcNAVIGATOR, which supports companies in implementing resilience holistically, in a structured and practical way.
After a successful growth phase in recent years, the company is now expanding its management team to further develop the organization and address the increasing demand for integrated resilience solutions in an even more targeted manner.

In the future, the expanded management structure will bundle strategic, organizational and technological competencies even more closely. The responsibilities are distributed among central future areas of the company:
- Tim Reismüller, Managing Director, responsible for BC Consulting’s strategic direction as well as the development and implementation of comprehensive resilience projects.
- Gerald Führer, Managing Director, responsible for emergency planning and crisis management.
- Gerhard Reismüller, Managing Director, is responsible for Business Continuity Management and Resilience Management.
- Dominik Schellenbacher focuses on the topics of business continuity management, business impact analysis and emergency planning, as well as expansion in Germany, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
- Florian Eisenach focuses on the topics of business continuity management, risk management and resilience management, as well as enlargement in the Middle East (KSA & UAE).
- Gregor Fuchs focuses on the topics of emergency planning and crisis management as well as the implementation of training courses.
- Raphael Reismüller is responsible for the further development of the BCM software suite bcNAVIGATOR and leads the development team.
With the expansion of the management, BC Consulting pursues the following goals in particular:
- Further development of integrated consulting services and digital support through bcNAVIGATOR
- Expansion of support for organizations in the areas of crisis, risk and resilience management
- Further strengthening the implementation capability of complex resilience and transformation projects
- Expansion of international activities and market presence
