About the position
As a Cyber Security & ITSCM Consultant, you will support our customers in optimizing their information security and IT disaster preparedness. You will analyze IT risks, develop security strategies and implement cyber resilience measures. You will advise customers on IT security standards and legal requirements. In workshops and training courses, you will teach best practices and raise awareness of cyber threats. Your expertise will help protect companies from cyberattacks and IT failures.
Your areas of responsibility
- Project Collaboration & Management
Collaboration in national and international projects with well-known customers (market leaders, critical infrastructure, public authorities, financial and insurance service providers) in the field of cyber security, IT and BCM – with the perspective of gradually taking on project responsibility. - Contingency planning
Development and implementation of company-wide emergency plans for crisis scenarios in the context of cyber security and IT to strengthen the resilience of our customers. - Analysis & Evaluation
Conducting cyber security risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify and assess security risks and critical IT dependencies. - Training & Crisis Exercises
Support in the planning and implementation of crisis exercises and scenario training with a focus on cyber security to prepare companies for possible threat situations. - Customer Support & Pre-Sales
Support in the pre-sales process, in the acquisition of new customers as well as in the support of existing customers in order to build long-term and trusting business relationships.
Your profile
- Studies in the technical or economic field.
- High interest and professional experience in the field of cyber security, IT and BCM.
- High degree of independence and solution-oriented work.
- Ability to work in a team and high quality standards for your work.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to support our customers in the best possible way.

Your work in the areas of cyber security and IT service continuity management (ITSCM) ensures that critical IT services remain available even in crisis situations. You will support our customers in identifying security risks at an early stage, developing emergency strategies and accompanying their implementation. At the same time, you will support BC Consulting in further expanding our leading position in the field of business continuity management.
