💰Salary: On the basis of full-time employment , we offer a Annual target salary incl. performance-related annual bonus with overpayment of the collective salary between EUR 30,000 and 45,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.

About the position

As a (Junior) Consultant in Business Continuity Management, you will play a crucial role in making our customers more resilient. You will work closely with experienced colleagues (including mentoring) and develop tailor-made solutions for the individual challenges of our customers. Success in this position means being proactive, taking responsibility, and having a direct impact on the security and continuity of our customers’ business processes.

Your areas of responsibility

  • Project collaboration
    Support for national and international projects in the field of business continuity management as well as emergency and crisis management, with the clear goal of taking on project responsibility.
  • Analysis and evaluation
    Conducting BCM Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analyses to identify and evaluate critical business processes.
  • Contingency planning
    Developing and updating emergency and restart plans to ensure the operational capability of our customers.
  • Training and exercises
    Planning and conducting crisis drills and scenario trainings to prepare our clients for potential crisis situations.
  • Customer service
    Active support in the pre-sales process and in taking care of our customers in order to build long-term relationships.
  • Expansion support
    Support of our existing and future managing directors, the respective subsidiaries, in the development and expansion of the business.

Your profile

  • Studies in the technical or economic field.
  • Initial practical experience in the consulting industry (e.g. through internships or working student activities) is an advantage.
  • Motivation and interest to familiarize yourself intensively with the topics of BCM as well as emergency and crisis management and to further drive the market position/expansion of our group.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a team and high quality standards for your work.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to support our customers in the best possible way.
