Accessibility Statement
We make every effort to make our website accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on Barrier-Free Access to the Federal Website and Mobile Applications (Web Accessibility Act – WZG), Federal Law Gazette I. No. 59/2019 as amended. This accessibility statement applies to bc-consulting.at
Status of compatibility with the requirements
This website is partially compliant with the AA conformity level of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” or with the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- The translation menu in the main navigation has no comprehensible name and applies the role=“menubar” incorrectly (WCAG 4.1.2. Name, Role, Value and 1.3.1. Info and Relationships). An alternative is being worked on.
- The text fields in the contact form use native browser validation to validate required fields. This is not resolved by all browsers and assistive technologies. An alternative implementation is being worked on.

Enforcement
If you do not receive satisfactory answers from the above-mentioned contact option, you can contact the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency with Limited Liability (FFG) by means of a complaint. The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the Complaints Office . The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the Confederation or an institution attributable to it. If the complaint is justified, the FFG must make recommendations for action to the Federation or the legal entities concerned and propose measures that serve to remedy the existing deficiencies.
